Big Apple Photo Tours is principally a photography tour.
Though we are committed to giving you the best introduction to New York City as possible, our emphasis is on
providing you with the very best photographs of your experience. Each photo tour will be customized to fit your
needs. While some people would like to go sightseeing, others would like to experience the cultural offerings of
the city. As your personal tour guide and photographer, we will show you the iconic sights, museums, galleries, shops,
and restaurants of New York City.
What is included in the tour?
You will receive a friendly and knowledgeable
photo tour of New York City. Your photo tour will last a minimum of three hours and you can book your tour
to last as long as you wish. During your tour, we will take you to the sights and attractions you wish to
see and photograph you during this time. After your tour ends, our post-production process includes choosing
your very best and most expressive photos and professionally editing them to look their finest. We will then
burn your photos to a CD Rom and deliver the CD to your mailing address. In addition, an optional, professionally
bound fine art quality printed photobook will be available for purchase to anyone on your tour. All of your
subway and taxi fares will be paid for by your tour guide. Big Apple Photo Tours will also pay for your museum
entrance fees and other related expenses associated with your tour.

Would you tell me more about the photobook?
The photobook is what sets Big Apple Photo Tours above
any other tour company in New York City. The photobook is made with the latest cutting edge digital technology.
Our printers use the widest possible color space currently being used. While most photobooks use a four color
printing process, Big Apple Photo Tours uses ten colors; including four separate blacks resulting in unrivaled
velvety depth, plus orange and green; which aids in the rendition of beautiful and accurate skin tones. Furthermore,
the dot matrix of our prints is far finer than prints made in a conventional chemical darkroom. Your photos will
exhibit a smooth and seamless quality that far exceeds current mass market photobook standards. While our photobooks
are costlier than others, they are an investment that will provide you with memories that will last a lifetime.
Where do we meet?
We can arrange to meet you at your hotel or
anywhere else in the city that you would like to begin your tour. In order to maximize your photographic
opportunities, we suggest a location where you would like the photo tour to begin.
What happens during inclement weather?
We will try to reschedule the tour for a different
hour or a different day. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will provide a full refund.
How will we travel around the city?
There are many ways to get around New York City.
We can walk, ride the subway, take taxis, or you can even be chauffeured by your tour guide. Taxis do not
allow more than four people per cab. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes in order get the fullest
potential out your tour.
What clothing shall we wear?
Wear clothing that is, first, weather appropriate.
Secondly, we suggest that you wear clothes that you would like to be photographed in. You can dress casually
or formally. We do not recommend clothing with logos, complicated patterns, or bright colors. Because the city
can display a wide range of backdrops for your photographs, we suggest dressing in simple, solid, neutral colors.
Dressing with simplicity helps to make you stand out and allows your photographs to be their best. In addition,
we suggest that you do not wear sunglasses or bring any other accessories on your tour.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is refundable if we need to cancel due to inclement weather and are unable to reschedule.
In addition, if you have ordered a photobook, your payment will be refunded. All other payments are non-refundable.
How helpful are the tour guides?
Your personal tour guide will provide you with
suggestions and friendly advice on how to make your stay in New York City a rewarding one. We can assist you
in places to shop, restaurants to visit, where to purchase theatre tickets, or with any other questions that
